Complaints

To submit a complaint, complete the complaint form. Complete your details and enter product details. Briefly describe the defect found. Attach a photo of the receipt and a photo of the product. After submitting the form, you will be contacted by a service representative who will provide further instructions.

Returns of goods

To return a product, complete the product return form. Complete your details and enter product details. Attach a photo of your receipt. Then send the parcel to our address: Kunert Spółka Komandytowa, ul. Tartakowa 127, 42-125 Borowianka. In accordance with the Store Regulations, the Buyer covers the cost of returning the product, therefore we do not accept cash on delivery.
