Information on the right to withdraw from a distance contract
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can send the declaration, for example:

A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is additionally an annex to the regulations of the Online Store. You can use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of returning it, depending on which event occurs first.
If you have received the purchased item, please send it back or give it to us at the following address: KUNERT Sp. k., ul. Tartakowa 127, 42-125 Borowianka, Poland, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the item before the 14-day deadline expires. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the items. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
The consumer provisions contained in this announcement apply from January 1, 2021 and for contracts concluded from that date also to a buyer who is a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have this person's professional nature, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity.
